Why did you decide to start Personal Training (PT)?
With the COVID lockdowns, I had put on a lot of weight and was uncomfortable with my physique. I started trying to lose weight but I just wasn’t sure where to start. I knew a fitness professional would be able to point me in the right direction.
What made you start PT with ReFormd?
ReFormd studio and their respective club gyms are very well equipped and are 24/7 accessible to me. Their trainers are well versed in fitness, walk the talk and are absolutely fun to work with.
How have you benefited from PT compared to when you first started, and now?
By sticking to a clear plan of exercise and nutrition, I was able to see and feel better results quickly. I appreciated making more informed decisions when picking my meals to eat and I’ve also come to understand the importance of exercising for my long term health. My physique has greatly improved. I feel stronger and fitter than ever. I’ve even been able to improve my IPPT score from a pass with incentive to gold.
